USAGE
Prepare face with an Rx Systems PF® Facial Cleanser and pat dry. Apply a liberal amount of Intensive Hydration Facial Mask to skin. Leave on 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. For best results, use twice weekly or as needed for dry skin and use an Rx Systems PF® Moisturizer daily.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
You may be charged a 10% restocking/handling fee. Items must be like new condition in their original box/packaging in resalable condition. Products that have been used are
NOT returnable. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please send email to
returns@panachehairandbody.com.
Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the PanacheHairandBody.com invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.
Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered items, if you are unsure contact us immediately and we will do whatever is necessary to assist you.
