Application Tips :

The Mineral Foundation is very pure and quite concentrated so a little goes a long way! Make sure that skin is dry to the touch before application. Moisturizer must be completely penetrated before use!

• For maximum coverage apply with a sponge.
• For light coverage apply with a powder brush.
• The powders can be mixed with your favorite light moisturizer to create a creamy liquid foundation.
• Use darker shades for beautiful natural bronzer! Simply dust on face neck or shoulders with large fluffy powder brush.

Shipping

General Shipping Costs
All items ship via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS) using basic ground delivery. When your order has shipped you will be given a tracking number to check the progress of your item(s) during shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day)
We do offer faster shipping for your order but you must contact us before purchasing. We do not offer these options on the website but can accommodate your online purchase needs. If you would like faster shipping please contact us before purchasing the item(s). At the present time we only ship within the United States for any deliveries, both ground or expedited.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for all orders purchased within the state of Tennessee. However, we do not collect sales tax for other states outside of Tennessee.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

You may be charged a 10% restocking/handling fee. Items must be like new condition in their original box/packaging in resalable condition. Products that have been used are NOT returnable. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please send email to returns@panachehairandbody.com.

Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the PanacheHairandBody.com invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.

Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered items, if you are unsure contact us immediately and we will do whatever is necessary to assist you.
